Our current openings:
Administrative accountant
work schedule 

  • Part-time – 16.0 hours per week, to be worked over 4 days.


  • We start the day with a cup of coffee or tea and then we dive in!
  • You book purchase and sales invoices.
  • You handle various financial transactions in the accounting software Winbooks.
  • You follow up on payments of sales invoices and send reminders when necessary.
  • You review the payments with the business owner and input them.
  • You prepare VAT returns.
  • You prepare interim and year-end balance sheets.
  • Have some extra time? Then you’re happy to assist the colleagues from customer service and the sales team.


  • A bachelor’s degree in Accountancy-Taxation, Business Administration, … IDEAL! Equivalent through experience? Even better!
  • A passion for numbers! You have a numerical mindset and always work with great precision.
  • Colleagues can rely on you.
  • You are able to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Basics: You communicate fluently in Dutch and are proficient with IT tools, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Winbooks or Exact Online is a plus.


  • Fluid Dutch.
  • Basic English.

Start date

  • As soon as possible.
