Gasthofhoeve is housed in an old farmhouse dating back to 1662. It has recently been rebranded to a sustainable and ecological restaurant. All the ingredients are homegrown in their own garden or in their high tech ‘Urban Cultivator’, which functions as a small in-house greenhouse. The interior designer translated this same philosophy into the design of the interior. Light, ecological and airy.
